🛒 Orders

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay online or choose Cash on Delivery (COD).

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order is processed and cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at supportfamilymart4u@gmail.com.

Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: Yes! COD is available across most serviceable pincodes in India. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and pay for the order.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Estimated delivery times:
• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
• Remote & Rural Areas: 5–9 business days

Q: Is shipping free?
A: Free shipping is available on selected products as shown on the product page. Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be sent via SMS and/or email. You can also visit our Track Order page.

Q: Do you deliver all over India?
A: Yes! We deliver Pan India. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm serviceability in your area.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with tags attached. Visit our Return Policy page for full details.

Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI.

Q: What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
A: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Q: Can I exchange a product?
A: Exchanges are only offered for damaged or defective items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

A: We accept all major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Q: Is it safe to pay online on your store?
A: Yes! Our store uses 100% secure, encrypted payment processing powered by Shopify. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
