📅 Return Window

  • We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Return requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

Items are eligible for return only if:

  • The item is unused and unworn
  • The item is in original condition with all tags attached
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Personal care & hygiene products
  • Innerwear & swimwear
  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount
  • Customised or personalised items

🔄 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Email us at supportfamilymart4u@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  3. Attach clear photos of the item and packaging
  4. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
  5. Once approved, ship the item back to our address

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for damaged or defective items only.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
